HDRO is pleased to announce the recipients for the 2013 Human Development Awards for Excellence. The Awards Programme seeks to publicly recognize the contributions of Regional, National local Human Development Reports in stimulating development dialogue and policy formulation influenced by the Human Development concept and approach in countries and regions.
