Wynne Boelt is an outreach analyst for the outreach and advocacy unit. Prior to joining UNDP, Wynne worked in communications for the International Rescue Committee in New York. He has also written as a freelancer for newspapers, magazines and web sites. He completed an MA at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom where his dissertation focused on the impacts of trafficking and smuggling in the European Union. He obtained a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism and Mass Communications. He also studied at Charles University in the Czech Republic and the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and lived and worked in Australia.
