Building and Mobilising Capacities for Reconstruction and Development

The report offers fresh insights into the complex arena of human development, from the perspective of a post-conflict context, making a strong case for breaking the cycle of violent conflict, creating and sustaining peace as the basis for capacity building for reconstruction and development. The report was put together with the collaboration of a diverse national technical committee comprising of representatives from civil society, academia, the development community and politics.
