Building Capacity for the Attainment of the Millennium Development Goals in The Gambia

The Report addresses the issue of capacity building in a holistic manner - from the perspective of public sector, the private sector, civil society and the traditional sector. In analysing key interventions in each of the four identified sectors, careful attention is paid to the opportunities, challenges, achievements and limitations prevalent in each sector.
