Eleonore Fournier-Tombs manages Information and Communications Technologies at the Human Development Report Office. Before joining UNDP, she worked for Development and Peace and UNICEF in Montreal, and most recently for the UN Office of Information and Communications Technology, where she developed a platform to track high-level commitments to the Millennium Development Goals and was a member of the ICT team for the Rio + 20 Conference on Sustainable Development in Brazil. She holds a BA in Political Science and History from McGill University in Montreal, an MSc in Sustainable Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and a Master's degree at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Information and Knowledge Media Design Institute. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Information and Systems Science at the University of Geneva.
