National Human Development Awards 2000
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) created the National Human Development Reports Awards, which were given for outstanding and innovative policy analysis and advocacy of National HDRs. These awards were presented in the Candido Mendes University’s auditorium in Rio de Janeiro during the closing session of the Second Global Forum on Human Development on 10 October 2000.
“NHDR EXCELLENCE AWARDS” were presented in four areas to the following NHDR teams:
