Latvia Human Develpoment Report

Similarly to the previous reports, this year’s report analyzes issues that are important both on individual and societal level, as well as gives policy recommendations. This year’s report addresses the significant and current issue of development in the Latvia’s regions. As the government of Latvia is working on the next National Development Plan, this is the time to look at the preconditions for development in the regions. Report offers insight into such issues as development resources, opportunities and capabilities.
