Youth: A Thematic Guidance Note

This note should be read in conjunction with the Regional/National Human Development Report Toolkit. It could also be read alongside one of several useful reports on meaningful youth participation, such as this one from UNICEF. While the toolkit provides general guidance on preparing a Regional or National Human Development Report, this note gives some specific suggestions on how to approach the issue of youth as a topic for such a report. This note was prepared by the Human Development Report Office at UNDP. Christina Hackmann was the lead author.
