This first Human Development Report from Arunachal Pradesh was launched on 21 April 2006 by the Chief Minister, Mr. Gegong Apang. The report provides an objective analysis of the state of human development in Arunachal Pradesh and serves as a good guide book for policy makers and administrators. Multiple themes are addressed including health and well-being, education and literacy, gender and infrastructure.
