Each of the authors has tried to analyse recent developments in his or her respective field from the perspective of the changing role of the state in an inter-linkage with the Armenian mentality, tradition, realities, resources and current capacities. The general conclusion contained in this report suggests that the role of the state in Armenia as a catalyst of sustainable human development could be enhanced and sustained by accepting and promoting other players and interested parties.
