Inspired by the global Human Development Report 2004 on Cultural Freedom, the report address human development issues in Serbia analyzing the strengths of its diversity. Diversity of culture, of language, of religion, but also geographical, gender and generational diversity, which provide an image of the Republic with multiple resources, but also numerous challenges ahead.
