Kazakhstan has launched a new NHDR on: New Technologies for Human Development in Kazakhstan. The report throws light on new, previously overlooked challenges related to technological development in Kazakhstan. It is a review of the development and introduction of new technology through the prism of human development, allowing analysis and drawing attention to current challenges, and calling for a selective and informed approach to the use of technologies. Considering development and implementation of technologies from the perspective of human development, helps to analyze and to focus on already existing problems and calls for a selective and careful approach to be followed when using and introducing technologies.
