Looking into the Future

The Report reworked and adapted the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) to make them applicable to Russia, and assessed human development in Russia through the prism of the MDGs. Preparation and presentation of the Report was a valuable experience: poverty and health care issues are relevant to every society and it is extremely important not only to help the poorest countries grapple with such issues, but also to learn effective ways of dealing with them at home.
