Vulnerability

The report addresses the issue of pauperisation and poverty and intends to frame solutions to assist communities and individuals who find themselves on the road to poverty. Today, all classes of the Haitian society are experiencing vulnerability and this issue refers to a nation-wide phenomenon. The report provides and analysis of the concept of vulnerability, through measurement works at four levels: the micro / individual level, the household level, the meso (group) level and the macroeconomic level.
