Human Development Report Mexico 2002

Mexico's first NHDR is aimed at analyzing human development in the coutry, introducing the UNDP HD framework developed at the global level since 1990. The Report describes the human development concept and defines a way of measuring it through data disaggregated by state and based on international methodological standards. Then the Report analyses the evolution of development inequalities in their multiple dimensions over the second half of the XXth Century.
