Today Djibouti is struggling under a heavy load of various initiatives and strategies being produced at rapid paste. The NHDR 2003 "Gender as a key to achieving the MDG's" will stand out as a provocative report that treats subjects e.g. genital mutilation, drug abuse (Khat), HIV/AIDS which are subjects taboo. We will capitalise on the MDG dissemination strategy which strives to facilitate and encourage the participation of those who plead for gender equality and women's rights. Year: 2004 |
