"Decentralization and fight against poverty" is the central theme of the NHDR 2003. This theme is particularly relevant in the current development context as Mali has elaborated its PRSP based on a global understanding of poverty and has been implemented a decentralization process since 1999. The report provides disaggregated indicators of poverty at decentralized levels, especially the communes. In order to carry out this analysis, the report uses a methodology of constructing synthetic poverty indicators at the local level. Année: 2003 |
