State of the Nation 1995 report’s aim is to establish an “observatory of development” that allows citizens to understand and be involved with the opportunities and potentialities of the development process, in a systematic and rigorous way.
This report tries to identify performance indicators, to integrate different thematic areas and looks at education and knowledge for development as a special subject.
