A new generation for a new Kosovo

The new report provides an excellent opportunity to deepen our understanding of human development and how it applies to Kosovo. Whilst the first report established a base-line, the second report explored in greater detail the differences in development in Kosovan population. The KHDR 2006 report explores the human development concerns of one of the most critical segments of Kosovo society, the youth, which represent both the potential wealth of the Kosovo society for accelerated development and, at the same time, a major potential risk if it is not approached adequately. This report also assess whether there have been improvements in human development since 2002 and identify different development challenges that have emerged since first KHDR report. Année: 2006 |
