General Human Development Report Tajikistan 1999

The report takes part from the progress of the implementation of the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord signed by the Government and the United Tajik Opposition (UTO) under the auspices of the UN. the 1999 NHDR was based on the human development pillars, namely empowerment and participation, equity, sustainability and productivity. It also contained a "5 Years of Development" overview of Tajikistan.
