Past and Future

This report covers the events of 1998 and discusses the transition to sustainable development during the last five years. The report addresses sustainable development issues and state sustainable development policies against the background of these events. It identifies new challenges and provides a constructive analysis of the efforts made by the state and civil society to achieve sustainable human development. Various ways of improving those policies are also suggested.
