Venezuelan Social and Economic Situation

The report argues that poverty is more than income poverty, it is an absence of options and opportunities to live a tolerable life. This is an examination of the world-wide problem of poverty, from a Human Development perspective, starting off the recognition of the reduction in poverty over the century, especially during the last fifty years.
