Guidance notes generally seek to translate global HDR themes such as Migration and Climate Change into country relevant analytical framework for the purpose of developing NHDRs They provide a practical guide to report preparation processes, complementing the toolkit, and to relevant literature, information, and potentially suitable data sources. Each notes draw upon a thorough review of a number of NHDRs that have already explored the theme.
