Human Settlements under Transition

The report argues that human settlement formation and sustenance rests on creating capacities to continuously resolve socio-cultural, political and economic problems and conflicts, as well as addressing issues related to the natural environment. This publication takes the reader inside the RBEC region as it analyzes the situation of human settlements from a human development perspective.
