Even to consider that part of the road has been driven, obtaining more coverage scores in the urban zone. While the challenges are to increase the coverage in the rural zone and extent the access to potable water and sanity systems. Starting from a brief review of the access evaluation to potable water in the region, the urban-rural gap is remarked and native population conditions are remarked within illiterate, poverty and mortality.}
