  abstract = {The Municipal Human Development Report 2010-2020 presents the panorama of the decade in human development in municipalities in Mexico. This Report, in addition to presenting the results of the Human Development Index (HDI) at the municipal level, presents for the first time in Mexico a methodological approach for the measurement of the Gender Inequality Index (GDI) at the municipal level.
